Born on 29.05.1968 in Odessa, Ukraine. Theodore’s father is a geologist, mother is an artist.
In 1990 he graduated from Odessa College of Arts (Grekovka) as an artist.
Theodore’s maternal grandmother, a reknown Ukrainian artist Klaudia Osheva, was born and spent her childhood and youth in Manchuria. Hence, obviously,from his childhood Theodore had an interest and love for oriental art.
He is engaged in carving of Netsuke from the beginning of the 80s.
His works are in private collections in the UK, USA, Swiss, Germany, Israel, Russia, Ukraine, China, etc.
Theodore is a professional adventurer, twice the record holder of the Guinness Book of Records – he is the first representative of the countries of the post-Soviet space, who crossed the entire Atlantic Ocean on a rowing boat, spending 67 days alone in the ocean.
The second record is for the longest trip on the 50cc scooter.
Theodore’s passion for travelling is closely bound with his creativity. They say, that travelling opens up other horizons for the person and gives him three close friends, so necessary for the spiritual life of an artist and creator. These friends – concentration, meditation and contemplation.
